Services

Throttle On Marine LLC provides mobile boat repair, maintenance, diagnostics, and related marine services. Services are performed at the customer's location by appointment.

Service Area 

Throttle On Marine LLC proudly provides mobile boat repair and maintenance services throughout Macoupin County and surrounding communities. Service outside our standard service area may be available by appointment. Additional travel charges may apply for locations outside our normal service area.

Travel 

The $85 mobile service call covers travel to your boat within our standard service area. If your location is outside our standard service area, any additional travel charges will be discussed and approved before your appointment.

Estimates

We strive to provide accurate estimates whenever possible. However, additional repairs or parts may be required once a diagnosis is completed. Any additional work will be discussed with the customer before it is performed.

Authorization

By scheduling service, you authorize Throttle On Marine LLC to perform diagnostic work to identify the cause of your boat's issue. No additional repairs requiring extra labor or parts will be completed without your approval.

Pricing

• Mobile Service Call: $85
• Labor: $135 per hour
• Parts are additional and will be discussed with you before installation.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

• Credit/Debit Cards
• Venmo
• Cash App
• Other approved payment methods

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing safe access to the boat.
• Ensuring the boat is accessible at the scheduled appointment time.
• Informing us of any known mechanical issues before service begins.

Access to Vessel

Customers are responsible for ensuring the boat is safely accessible at the scheduled appointment time. If the vessel cannot be accessed or serviced due to unsafe conditions, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control, a service call fee may still apply.

Warranty

Throttle On Marine LLC stands behind the quality of its workmanship. Manufacturer warranties apply to parts where applicable.

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Customer misuse
• Damage caused by accidents, neglect, corrosion, freezing, fuel contamination, or improper storage
• Repairs performed by another party after our service

Appointment Cancellations

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Delays

Repairs may be delayed due to weather, unavailable parts, manufacturer backorders, or unforeseen mechanical issues discovered during diagnosis. Customers will be informed of any significant delays as soon as possible.

Limitation of Liability

Throttle On Marine LLC is not responsible for delays caused by weather, unavailable parts, or circumstances beyond our control.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services performed.
